Direct Mail · Set up with a sales rep

Mail the households that are shopping for what you sell this week. We print it, mail it and match back the orders.

Build the audience from any variable in the graph, or upload your own list, then pick a format and upload the artwork. We print, address, presort and hand the pieces to USPS within five business days, track delivery scan by scan, and match responses and orders back to the households you mailed. Trigger a piece from a Website ID visit, a Pulse flag or an intent topic and the postcard goes out the day the signal fires.

Postage included. A sales rep builds your first drop with you on a 15-minute call.

  • Audiences from the same graph as every other product: 240M consumer profiles, 400+ fields and 65K intent topics, so a drop can be "home owners in these 41 ZIPs shopping for a roof this week" rather than a carrier route.
  • Turnkey: print, addressing, presort, postage and USPS induction are ours. You upload artwork or pick a template and approve a proof.
  • Each piece at the rate shown before you approve the drop; scans, responses and matchback are included.

PROOF

The proof-first rule. Nothing prints and nothing is charged until you approve the proof, the count and the per-piece rate.

How it works

Build, approve, mail. In homes within a week.

Step 1 · 10 minutes

Choose the households

Stack filters from any bundle, upload your own list, or point the drop at a trigger: new Website ID visitors, Pulse flags, an intent topic. Every address is USPS-validated and deduped against your suppression lists before you see the count.

Step 2 · same day

Upload artwork, approve the proof

Pick a format: 4×6, 5×7, 6×9 or 6×11 postcards, letters in a #10 or a flat, self-mailers, catalogs. Upload print-ready artwork or start from a template; fields from the graph fill the personalization. You approve a proof before anything prints.

Step 3 · within five business days

We print, mail and match back

Printed, addressed, presorted and inducted at USPS, with a scan on every piece. A QR code or unique URL per household, and your order file matched back to the mailed addresses, so the report shows who responded and what they bought.

Formats and what each piece can carry

Postcards to catalogs, each addressed to a household the graph chose.

Every format is printed and mailed turnkey. The per-piece rate includes postage and is shown in the builder before you approve the drop. Targeting fields are documented at graph.datamoon.com.

Questions

Before you mail

What does a piece cost?

It depends on format and volume, and the builder shows the exact rate and total before you approve. Postcards cost less than a dollar a piece with postage; letters, self-mailers and catalogs are quoted per format on the same screen.

How fast does it arrive?

Pieces are printed, presorted and handed to USPS within five business days of your approval, usually sooner. Marketing mail then takes three to seven days to be delivered. Every piece is scanned along the way, and the report shows the scans.

Can I mail my own list?

Yes. Upload a CSV with names and addresses, or emails and phones that we resolve to addresses through the graph. Every address is USPS-validated and deduped against your suppression lists before you see the count.

What is a trigger?

A rule that mails a piece when a signal fires: a new visitor identified by Website ID, a record that lights up in Pulse, a new mover, a cart left behind in your store, or an intent topic. Triggered pieces print daily and go out in the next drop.

How do I know it worked?

Three ways, together. USPS scans show delivery per piece; a QR code and unique URL per household show who responded; and matchback compares your orders against the mailed addresses, by name and address, so you see the sales the drop produced even when nobody scanned anything.

Is this compliant?

Yes. Addresses come from the graph or from your own file, every address is USPS-validated, we honor opt-outs and do-not-sell requests across the graph and suppress them at every drop, and consumer-scope fields used for targeting unlock with a signed attestation of permitted use. You are responsible for the content of the piece under applicable law.

Can my agency run drops for clients?

Yes, through an agency plan, from $997 a month, with each client's drops, artwork and matchback in its own sub-account. Book a free demo to scope it.
