Pulse · Set up with a sales rep
Somewhere in your CRM, forty people started shopping this week. Pulse tells you which forty.
Connect a CRM, a customer list or a newsletter file. We match every person to the graph and watch them against 2 trillion intent signals a day. When one of them starts researching what you sell, or what a competitor sells, the record lights up in your CRM, your inbox or your agent, with the topic and how hot it is.
A sales rep connects your list on a 15-minute call and scopes the license with you.
- Your own records, not a rented list: closed-lost deals, past customers, trial users, newsletter subscribers.
- 65K topics across B2B and consumer, so a roofer and an HR software company watch the same way.
- Flags, topics and alerts are unlimited.

How it works
Connect once. Know who is shopping, every week after.
Connect or upload
Pick a list in HubSpot, Salesforce or GoHighLevel, or upload a CSV with emails, phones or names and addresses. We match each record to its graph profile.
We watch the signals
Every record is scored weekly or daily against 65K topics: the categories you sell, the ones your competitors sell, and anything else you add. Scores carry recency and strength.
The record lights up
A property in your CRM flips, a webhook fires, your agent gets a tool result, or a Slack alert goes to the owner. The rep calls while the person is still comparing.
What you get for every record
Not a score. A reason, a topic and a date.
Intent tools give you an account-level number. Pulse gives you the person, the specific topics they are researching, how strong the signal is and when it started, plus whatever else the graph knows about them. Every field is documented at graph.datamoon.com.

Watch it in the app
The list, ranked by heat. Filter by topic, owner or pipeline stage, write a flag back to the CRM property, or send the hot ones to an Ad Audience from the row.

Ask your agent who is shopping
Connect the DataMoon MCP server and Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT or n8n can read the flags, explain them, and route the hot records to a rep or an audience. Everything still shows up in the app.

Questions
Before you connect
What is a monitored record?
One person on a list you are watching. A list of 4,812 contacts is 4,812 monitored records whether 2 or 2,000 of them light up. Flags, topics, alerts and webhooks are included.
How is intent detected?
The graph observes about 2 trillion signals a day across the open web, linked to people through device and email linkages, and classifies them into 65K topics. A record is in market when its signals on a topic are recent and above the strength threshold you set.
Is this compliant?
Yes for US records. Intent is observed from licensed signals, we honor CCPA opt-outs and do-not-sell requests across the graph, and every account accepts our data use terms. Pulse Enrich's household and finance fields are consumer scope and unlock with a signed attestation.
Does it work for consumer lists?
Yes. A dealership watching its service customers for "new SUV", a roofer watching past quotes for "roof replacement", a broker watching a newsletter list for "refinance". The topics span B2B and consumer.
How fresh are the flags?
Weekly or daily, as scoped on the call. Hourly refresh is available on request.
What is Pulse Enrich?
The larger version of Pulse, through sales. Every graph attribute is appended to every monitored person and delivered to your warehouse, so your team can build lookalikes, propensity scores and regressions on the full graph.
Can I use Pulse without logging in?
Yes. Register lists and read flags through the API or ask your agent over MCP. Your license applies the same way, and everything shows up in the app too.
